y'know, part of the reason he's stressed too is because he's been moved to a new home AND he had his feathers clipped, all at the same time.
He looks like he's got character. Might just be the dishevelment in the picture, but this looks like a parrot who's seen a few things in his time.
And he's only a year old! He's just rumpled. I hope he has character, though!
